Yvonne is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 14 years of experience working with children with autism and other additional needs. She has worked as a behavior therapist in some of Hong Kong's leading centers and has first-hand experience helping children reach their individual goals while keeping sessions fun. She specializes in designing Individual Education Plans and drafting programs that target multiple developmental areas. Since obtaining her BCBA credentials in 2014, Yvonne has helped train and supervise other behavior therapists.

Yvonne is a firm believer in a multidisciplinary approach to therapy. She also understands the benefits of empowering parents and has conducted many parent-training workshops in both English and Cantonese.

Peggy has been working with children with autism and other development disorders since 2018 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. She has worked as an ABA teacher with children and adolescents in inclusive school settings and intensive one-to-one instruction settings. She works with students to achieve their individual goals, including in academics and language as well as in improving social skills and life skills. She is also an active learner in exploring and absorbing knowledge and methods in the field of ABA as well as in other related fields.

Peggy believes that every child is unique and is capable of learning with suitable teaching approaches. She also believes that family is the most valuable resource of each child. She is dedicated to communicating and working with every family to explore and develop the potential of their child.

Perry started her career as a secondary school teacher in Hong Kong where she came across many students with additional needs struggling in the main stream classroom. This inspired her to pursue more work in special needs education. After working as an English Language teacher at a special school and a counsellor in a counselling center, she began work as an ABA therapist and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. Over the past 7 years, Perry has experience conducting on-site training for kindergarten teachers, parents, and students. She also has experience providing one-to-one and group training in home based, center based, and school-based settings.

With her passion and dedication in the field, Perry hopes that all children can learn happily and healthily. By making learning engaging and by reducing learning barriers, students of different learning needs can perform at their fullest potential.
